The O’Neill Centre has been providing quality care within our community since 1975. Located at the corner of Bloor and Christie Streets, the home is steps away from public transit, shopping, popular eating establishments and Christie Pits Park.
We are a 114 bed home, offering basic, semi-private and private accommodation along with a wide variety of services and in-home clinics. Our well trained team is dedicated to creating a safe, healthy and supportive environment for our residents, families and visitors.
In keeping with our Person Centred Care Philosophy, The O’Neill Centre prides itself on recognizing the unique aspects of each resident and is committed to provide care and services that foster a culture of autonomy, diversity, and individual choice.
