On-Site Peritoneal Dialysis
The program is supported by the University Health Network Home Peritoneal Dialysis Unit and provides both Continuous ambulatory Peritoneal Dialysis (CAPD) and Continuous Cycler Peritoneal Dialysis (CCPD)
Religious Services
The O’Neill Centre has an in-house chapel for the use of our residents and their families. Weekly services are provided for several denominations including Roman Catholic, Baptist and Anglican.
Palliative Care
This program is provided by our multidisciplinary team including Physicians, Nurses, Personal Support Workers, Social Services staff and Pastoral volunteers. We offer pain management, private duty care, pastoral support, bedside music, alternative therapies, and bedside visits.
We also offer support to family members with assistance with funeral arrangements and bereavement counseling.
