About Us...
The O’Neill Centre has been providing quality care and services since 1973. We are currently serving 162 residents. Our home is consistently viewed as a facility that is friendly, home-like, and supportive to families, as well as innovative within the Long Term Care industry.
Some of our achievments
- The O’Neill Centre is a fully accredited member of Accreditation Canada since 1993
- Our Peritoneal Dialysis program and partnership with the University Health Network continues to be recognized as being innovative.
- Participate in e-health initiatives, including the use of personal digital assistants (PDA) for our unit supervisors and nurses managers.
- Continuous involvement in research studies with McMaster, Waterloo and Ryerson Universities.
